Project Brief

The scope of work includes performing the steady state simulation for TEG Dehydration System for the inlet Gas Flow of 67.4 m3as specified in client enquiry document.

Presence of water in the Natural Gas tends to hinder the properties of the Natural Gas like calorific heating etc which demands it to be dehydrated using TEG (Tri-Ethylene- Glycol) as a solvent which can efficiently remove the water content from wet natural gas.

Our Specialization in ASPEN suite helped us simulate the phenomenon in computer and visualize problems regarding the Process and Troubleshoot to create a cost effective process.In simulation part of TEG, selection of property package is some crucial and we recovered the TEG with 99.99% purity. Based on this simulation, Piping & Instrumentation drawings are generated to attain an overall idea about the flow and layout of equipment’s. Further on, process equipment’s are designed and fabricated based on GA drawings developed by our team. And all Electrical and Instrumentation setups are then designed to meet International Standards. At every stage of design, Safety needs and options are considered to eliminate any unexpected hazard.

Construction and Commissioning

Construction of this project was done in our in house fabrication facility which abides to the International standards and Codes, in a cost effective manner. We carried out the commissioning of this project with our experienced professionals to conduct various tests which would ensure the efficiency of our designed system.

Closing Statement
